  • Responsible for hiring, training, operations, cost-recovery, and capital equipment purchases.
  • Led successful effort in obtaining the College of American Pathologists accreditation, including authoring of numerous SOPs, policies, and quality control procedures. 
  • Led the Translational Core Laboratory that provided wide-ranging support to hundreds of clinical research studies, including design, logistics, immunoassay development, data review, and various laboratory assay services.
